How to edit a Training Program or Training Session

1. Editing a Program
   • Make sure you remember to rename the program on Step 1 so you can easily identify it
   • When you save the program, it will create a new program and assign a “Custom” badge to it
   1. When you save, it will update your program with the newly entered changes
   2. Click “Training” and then “Program” in your side navigation
   3. Click on the program you want to edit
   4. Click the “Edit Program” button
   5. Go through the Program step-by-step flow (see how to create a program)
   6. You can make changes to whichever step you like (see how to create a program for how to add, remove and re-order sessions within a program)
   7. If you’re editing a Go2Coach Program:
      1. 1. Make sure you remember to rename the program on Step 1 so you can easily identify it

Editing a Session

1. Click “Training” and then “Sessions” in your side navigation
2. Click on the session you want to edit
3. Click the “Edit Session” button
4. You can make changes to whichever part of the session you like (see how to create a session for how to add, remove and re-order drills within a session)
5. If you’re editing a Go2Coach Session:
   1. 1. Make sure you remember to rename the program on Step 1 so you can easily identify it

6. If you’re editing a session that you created:
