If you email us at support@go2coach.com.au regarding your account, billing, or any changes to your subscription, it’s important that we are able to match your details with those that you signed up with.
To double check your details entered into your Go2coach account:
- Log into the Go2coach app,
- Click your Profile Badge in the navigation
- Click "Settings"
- Here you will find the name and email address.
If you’re unsure or cannot log in to your Go2coach account and are reaching out to our Support Team, we require 3 points of ID which can include any of the following:
- Full Name associated with your Go2coach account (this is the name that was used when creating your profile)
- The email address associated with your Go2coach account
- Credit Card last 4 digits and expiry
- Any relevant screenshots that may be able to help in locating your account.
