If you are prompted to subscribe to Go2coach when attempting to log in, but already have an active subscription, please ensure you are using the same details that you used to register.
If you have forgotten your password, see the steps on resetting your password in our article here. Alternatively, if you are unsure of the details that you used to subscribe, please reach out to our Support Team with the following information:
- Full Name associated with your Go2coach account (this is the name that was used when creating your profile)
- The email address associated with your Go2coach account
- Credit Card last 4 digits and expiry
You will also need to provide a screenshot of your payment on your bank statement and/or a copy of your receipt.
