- Click “Training” and then “Programs” page in the side navigation
- Click “Create Program”
- Create Program: Step 1
- Name your program (to easily identify your program in the program list)
- Sport will automatically select based on your account or selection preferences
- Select your age group for the program
- Click the forward arrow to continue to the next step
- Clicking the back arrow on any page in the program creation flow will let you go back a step to edit details on a previous step - you will not lose anything you’ve entered on your current page by going back
- Clicking “cancel” from any page will exit the create program flow and you will lose any changes you have made
- Create Program: Step 2
- Add your sessions (you can either add a session from the existing session library (which includes your custom created sessions), or you can create a new session)
- Click “Add Session” to add a session to your program
- A pop up will come up where you can search the session library
- Mark the checkboxes of the sessions you want to add to your program
- Your favourited sessions will be at the top of the page
- You can search by session name for quick access
- When you are finished, click “Save” to add selected sessions to program
- Click “Create a new session” to be directed to a new page to create a new session

- Sessions can be reordered by clicking the :: button and dragging it up and down the page
- Sessions can be removed from the program by clicking the “x” button on the session
- Click the forward arrow to continue to the next step
- Create Program: Step 3
- Assign coaches to your program by clicking the checkbox next to their name
- Coaches that are part of your organisation will appear in the list below
- You can quickly find coaches by searching for their name
- To remove a coach you can un-mark their checkbox or you can tap the “x” button next to the coaches tag
- Each coach you select will see this program on their dashboard under the “Assigned To Coach” panel
- Click the forward arrow to continue to the next step
- Create Program: Step 4
- Review your program details
- If you need to make changes, use the backwards arrow to go back to the step it relates to
- When everything is as you’d like it, click the “Save” on the bottom of the Step 4 page
- Your new custom created program will have a “custom” tag on the image so you can easily identify it later
- When browsing programs, you can also toggle on the “Custom Created” filter in the filter menu to show only your custom programs
