How to assign coaches to existing programs/sessions – Go2coach

When viewing any Program or Session page, click the “Manage Coaches” button
From this page you can assign coaches to the selected program or session by clicking the checkbox next to the coaches name
Coaches that are part of your organisation will appear in the list below
You can quickly find coaches by searching for their name
To remove a coach you can un-mark their checkbox or you can tap the “x” button next to the coaches tag
Click “Save” to save your changes
Any assigned programs or sessions to that coach will appear on their dashboard for easy access
