How to assign users to existing programs/sessions
- When viewing any Program or Session page, click the “Manage Coaches” button

- From this page you can assign coaches to the selected program or session by clicking the checkbox next to the users name

- Users that are part of your organisation will appear in the list below
- You can quickly find users by searching for their name
- To remove a user you can un-mark their checkbox or you can tap the “x” button next to the user tag
- Click “Save” to save your changes
- Any assigned programs or sessions to that user will appear on their dashboard for easy access
